| These sessions offer focused study on some of the principles underlying the Main Tracks. Each session is offered once during the week. |
This
course is for those who want to expand their awareness themselves and
others in relation to conflict,
and assess how environmental issues can be affected by people's styles
of
handling conflict.
This is a brief introductory level session which uses the Thomas-Kilmann Conflict Mode Inventory. Participants will receive their pre-work when they check in at Cispus. This session focuses on conflict involving natural resource issues, not interpersonal conflict.
This
was the most difficult and challenging, yet most fun, workshop I have
ever attended. Well worth the time spent."
