This session
rips the cover off a project or meeting and let's participants
examine what made it successful. The session uses a workbook that is
full of 'behind the scene' glimpses that the Cispus staff uses to manage
meetings and solve tough meeting management issues. It also includes a
variety of proven tools and techniques that you can adopt and use when you
return home. The session is highly interactive utilizing small group
practice sessions, facilitator presentations, large group sessions, and
more. The session is designed to step through the anatomy of a meeting
addressing what needs to occur before, during, and after every meeting.
