Payment is by credit card, cash, or check. Fees must be paid in full at time of registration. Workshop fee is $895 by January 6 and $995 after January 6, 2013. The registration fee includes lodging, meals, and workshop materials. Please make checks payable to: The Cispus Workshop.

A $100.00 fee is charged for cancellations received after February 12, 2013. No refunds or cancellations are given for cancellations during the workshop.
