PAYMENT

Payment is by credit card, cash, or check. Fees must be paid in full at time of registration. Workshop fee is $675 if received by January 4, 2009 (after January 4 the fee is $750.00). The registration fee includes lodging, meals, and workshop materials. Please make checks payable to: The Cispus Workshop.

A $100.00 fee is charged for cancellations received after February 15, 2009. No refunds or cancellations are given for cancellations during the workshop.
