 Ellen
has worked for the Bureau of Reclamation as an Activity Manager for the
Pacific Northwest Regional Office in Boise, Idaho for the past 5 years.
She uses her Cispus skills extensively in this job as she leads teams,
facilitates meetings, and collaborates with other agencies and
non-governmental officials.
Ellen's previous work experience includes stints with the State and private sectors, all involving collaborating with multi-disciplinary teams on natural resource issues. She also uses the Cispus tools and techniques during her second job as mother to teenage and elementary-age girls. In her spare time, she camps, bikes, hikes, reads, knits, takes pictures, and bakes. "Cispus was the best training I have ever had. I found I could implement immediately the concepts, tools, and techniques regardless of what level you are in the organization."
