Peg BoulayPeg Boulay is a wildlife diversity biologist with the Oregon Department of Fish and Wildlife. As the  Sensitive Species Coordinator, she seeks voluntary, collaborative, proactive approaches and new partnerships to address wildlife population declines. She has 13 years of experience as a wildlife biologist working for ODFW and the U.S. Forest Service.

Her collaboration, facilitation, and instruction experience includes coordinating symposia, organizing interagency working groups, conducting habitat management workshops for landowners, training volunteer nature guides and surveyors, teaching ecology courses at the University of Oregon, and facilitating board meetings for a non-profit organization.

She brings her experience and interest in cooperative group processes to "Designing Effective Collaboration," and "Facilitation Skills and Techniques."
