Susan works at OSU, College of Forestry, as the Director of the Oregon Natural Resources Education Program, College of Forestry. Prior to coming to work at OSU, she worked for 12 years with the Oregon Department of Fish and Wildlife.  She has over 20 years experience in facilitation and training both in and out of the public sector. Susan has been active in facilitating public meetings, citizen advisory committees, public working groups, internal staff meetings, and strategic planning meetings. She has conducted training on Facilitation Skills, Creating a Successful Volunteer Program, Training the Trainer, We All Have a Story to Tell!, and Building High Performing Teams.
