Jaimee has been employed with the Bureau of Reclamation for 10 years, currently as a Budget Analyst for the Pacific Northwest Region. She has been part of the Cispus Staff since the 2006 workshop and has been involved with Visuals, Decision-Making, Facilitative Skills and Techniques, and Effective Briefings. 

“When I attended the 2005 workshop, I wasn’t sure what I would take away from the training or that I would be able to use it in my line of work.  However, I was amazed at the simple lessons such as clearly defined, and agreed upon, Agendas and Objectives that so often get missed when working with others.  I am still incorporating the “simple” stuff and continue to expand my knowledge base by being a part of the workshop, increasing my session involvement, and listening to and working with the other staff members that bring a great diversity of experience and examples.”
