Data set compiled by Bill Connelly in Region 6 Strategic Planning with line adjustments from Okanogan and Deschutes National Forests and the Columbia River Gorge. Adjustments made BLM OSO GIS staff for lands in the Lakeview RMP. Further minor adjustments made to boundary to include land of California BLM and R5 and R6 and OR BLM along the Pacific Coast and associated estuaries done by Stephen Bown and Bill Connelly of R6.

Final step is modification to exclude detached islands that have no federal land in NWFP and merging of one detached island that does have federal land into the single boundary polygon.
