About IRICC The Interorganizational Resource Information Coordinating Council (IRICC) was established as a subcommittee to the Intergovernmental Advisory Committee (IAC). IRICC was charged with developing a seamless, current, and accessible information network to support ecosystem management in support of the Northwest Forest Plan, the Endangered Species Act and other applicable direction pursuant to ecosystem management in Northern California, Oregon, and Washington.

  Interagency Restoration Database (IRDA) - The IRDA application is a watershed  restoration management application. From here you can check out the data using ESRI's internet tool, ArcIMS or download the data and the application.
