The final environmental impact statement and appendices are in pdf (Adobe Acrobat Portable Document Format).  The document contains the exact text, graphics and tables of the original printed document. Typestyles, margins and page-widths may vary from the original, printed document due to document conversion. 

If you don't already have the Adobe Acrobat Reader on your machine, viewing the PDF files will require you to (1) download Adobe's Acrobat reader application and (2) configure it with your browser. It may sound difficult to those not familiar with downloading software, but it is very easy. Once you have Adobe Acrobat on your computer, you can use it to view any PDF file. The Acrobat viewer can be freely downloaded at Adobe's Website. 

Note: Some people have reported that, even though Acrobat Reader opens, one doesn't "see" the document. In that case, after you open the document, click on <File><Save As> and save the document to your hard drive. From there, the file can be viewed in Acrobat Reader by double-clicking the filename.
