Occasionally additional policy interpretation documents are created which may include standard and guideline exceptions, agreements, charters, regulations, etc. Typically the RIEC will make recommendations to the implementing agencies. Agencies will then attach additional direction, implementation schedules, contact information, etc. unique to their agency and distribute the documents within their agency. The RIEC and/or REO rarely distribute policy directly to field employees. |
