This is a reminder that Bob Williams is continuing the "First Tuesday" Regional Federal Executive Meetings in 1997. Our first meeting of the year was January 7. Bob Williams and Nancy Graybeal, FS; Elaine Zielinski, BLM; Mike Spear and Dave Wesley, FWS; and Will Stelle, NMFS (by phone) discussed Section 7 issues related to continued implementation of the Northwest Forest Plan following expiration of the Rescission Act.

As a February agenda topic, Mike Spear has tentatively indicated an interest in discussing the watershed analysis process.

Please plan to attend on February 4, from 9:00 to 11:00 a.m. in the REO conference room. Let me know if you have suggested topics.
