Subject: First Tuesday of the Month Regional Executive Meeting

The Regional Executive Meeting (and conference call line) scheduled for Tuesday, June 17 (7-8:30 a.m.), in the REO conference room is canceled. We were not able to get all of the members together at this time to discuss the 15% retention issue. In an effort to reschedule, please let me know the availability of you or your representative to meet in the REO conference room (or conference call) on the following dates:

June 23, after 1 p.m. July 1, 9-11 a.m.
June 26, after 1:30 p.m. July 8, after 1 p.m.
August 5, 9-11 a.m.

I will work on this to develop a regular schedule of meetings out through the next 3 or 4 months. The REO staff will distribute a jointly produced briefing paper early next week, which will be the basis for our discussion when the meeting is scheduled.
