Biographical Information about Ernie Niemi
Ernie Niemi is Vice President of ECONorthwest, an economics and financial consulting firm with offices in Oregon and Washington. He has an M.C.R.P. from Harvard and has taught cost-benefit analysis and economic development at the University of Oregon’s Department of Planning, Public Policy, and Management.
